Shipping and delays due to the Pandemic

We typically dispatch orders before the stated dispatch date preferring to under promise and over deliver, please keep an eye out for a dispatch notification in your inbox via Buy The Same Token. Where the tracking information is available, the tracking reference will be sent via a dispatch notification.

We would also like to make our clients aware that our delivery partners are still experiencing significant delays in distributing at this time. New measures and restrictions due to the pandemic have resulted in mail processing delays. We kindly ask that you allow up to 6-8 weeks for International deliveries and up to 2 weeks for domestic orders to arrive.

Please note the delays are also impacting the status updates on tracked services, however please keep checking the tracking information regularly at this time. It would be greatly appreciated if you could refrain from contacting customer service for tracking within this delivery time frame.
