Tokens are produced in batches from standardised rectangular sheets of 3mm thick acrylic,  585mm wide and  90mm tall. As such the minimum order quantity is the batch of tokens a single sheet produces, and larger quantities will be sold in multiples of the single sheet batch. The number of tokens per batch is roughly 70-100 depending on size, with a typically sized Marvel Champions token design being produced in batches of 108. 

We would request that you supply any custom drawings as PNGs in black with a transparent background or as an SVG vector. Either of these are the easiest ways for us to receive the file in case it requires manipulation as well as formatting for the production process.

To ensure a token etches and paints well please check your design for the following:

• Etched areas must have a minimum thickness of 0.2mm to be visible and to take paint.
• Unetched areas of acrylic must have a minimum thickness of 0.3mm to account for the minute amount of bleed in the etching process.
• An unetched border between the cut line and the etch works best at a minimum of 1.3mm, however borderless designs are also possible so please enquire for information.
• Large unbroken areas of etch (as shown on the left side of the example image) are not recommended as the paint is vulnerable to damage, however we are happy to accommodate such designs with various hatching techniques to get the desired effect and paint durabilit
