Please note we will not accept returns on customisable orders, we are happy to accept returns on token orders where they have not been demasked and will refund the cost of the order less the shipping fees paid, where applicable.
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations, please:
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
